Laetitia, Pioneer of the Dolfin Touch Hand-made Cosmetic Line
Motivated by a desire for healthier choices, Laetitia, born to two French chefs, experimented with organic ingredients in her kitchen, believing skincare should be as nourishing as the food we eat. Recognizing the harmful substances in commercial cosmetics, Laetitia was determined to find a safer solution. After 7 years of successful experimentation within her circle, she expanded to the public, creating Dolfin Touch—a symbol of exceptional care and tenderness, born from a compliment about the softness of her skin resulting from using her handmade products.
The Dolfin Touch
In the fall of 2018, Laetitia owned a small swimsuit store in the fashion district of Downtown Los Angeles. There, she started showcasing her homemade body and face butter, as well as body and face polishes in a small section of the store. With a simple bowl and a pitcher of water for rinsing off the scrubs, she introduced her creations to an eager audience. The response was overwhelming, as the products stole the show, and customers came back for Dolfin Touch. At the local Los Angeles markets, the items flew off the table, and Laetitia received an outpouring of support and enthusiasm from people asking for a link to reorder.
As the demand for her homemade cosmetics grew in the community, Laetitia realized it was time to elevate her enterprise to the next level. In 2023, she finally created her own E-commerce website, enabling more people to experience the incredible benefits of the Dolfin Touch line. On social media, she dedicates herself to educating her followers about the importance of natural ingredients and embracing a healthier lifestyle in a fun way through entertaining content and funny videos that often mention people suddenly turning into dolphins and various mermaid tales.
LAS VEGAS 2023
The grand opening of the Dolfin Touch flagship store in Las Vegas on November 11, 2023, was an unforgettable event filled with joy. The celebration featured champagne, lively showgirls, spinning wheels, thoughtful gifts, and even Dolfin Touch logos on delightful macaroons.
Laetitia's unwavering commitment to her values and the well-being of customers has established Dolfin Touch as a trusted symbol of integrity in the clean cosmetic community. The rapidly growing Dolfin Touch community reflects Laetitia's dedication, with a team of passionate new employees, including Maurice, Laetitia's husband, eager to share insights on favorites like Champ oil and Athletes soak.
Starting January 2024, Dolfin Touch will offer workshops where people can learn to make various natural products like bath bombs and body scrubs, customizing them with natural colors and essential oils.
